Are meals included?

Your booking is on a room only basis.

We also own a sister business called Deyn’s Deli, where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunchtime meal or snack without the high cost.

Deyn’s Deli is situated at 100 Marygate, on the high street (opposite Home Bargains). Click here to visit the website.

Can I bring my dog?

Sorry, we do not allow pets to stay.

Where can I park?

On arrival, you can park outside the hotel for a short time to unload your bags.

You can park along the quayside beside the Chandlery which is free and unrestricted (no parking disc required). The postcode for your Sat Nav is: TD15 1HE.

To get there, drive to the end of Bridge Street, turn right, past the Queen’s Head and through the arch.

If you then keep to the right, there is a shortcut to the house through the Sallyport alleyway.

There is also a car park just along Bridge street (which is a two-way traffic system). The car park is 2 hours free parking from 9am-6pm. A disc must be displayed which is available from Wilsons Cycle Shop within the car park. Parking is unrestricted from 6pm-9am. Set your disc display clock for 9am and you can park until 11am.

 

When traveling with a bike, do you have  secure locked room where we can store it?

Yes, we have secure storage.

 

How early can I check in?

4pm (subject to any unforeseen incidents)

However, if you are staying to attend a wedding, funeral or other special event and need to arrive earlier, this is no problem, please just give us a call or email and let us know.

 

What time do I have to check out?

11am (prompt please).

If you want a late check out it will cost £30 extra.

 

Can we drop our bags off early?

Of course!

Please ring us the day before on 01289 763209 to arrange.

 

Have you got rooms on the ground floor?

No, sorry we don’t.

 

What happens if I have to cancel?

We charge a non-refundable deposit of one nights stay, which cannot be reimbursed in the event of a cancellation. For any subsequent nights, we require at least 7 day’s notice to avoid being charged.

 

Are you open over Christmas and New Year?

Yes we are open all year round including Christmas/Boxing Day and New Years Eve/New Years Day.
